Detailed reports for claims and responses

You’ll receive detailed reports on delivery status and payer responses linked to every claim file.
Claim counts and financial balances are logged, so you can review the value of pending claims
and any errors.

Errors are captured -- to make sure an entire claim file isn’t rejected

Post-N-Track automatically detects and removes claims with errors. The ‘clean’ file is rebalanced and continues on for immediate delivery to the payer.  Problem claims are returned to you for review.  This eliminates unnecessary delays, and accelerates reimbursement.

Readable reports -- not cryptic data

Standard ANSI error responses from payers are designed for computers, not people.  Here’s one example (a standard 997) noting errors in a claim:
