QCSI & Post-N-Track To Deliver Full-Cycle Claims Management
in Real-Time

Automated claim acquisition, adjudication, and reimbursement enable
the “Real-Time Payor Enterprise”

Phoenix, Ariz., April 18, 2006 – Quality Care Solutions, Inc., (QCSI®), a leading provider of
advanced information technology and enterprise application software and services for health insurers and benefits administrators, announced today that it has formed a strategic partnership with Post-N-Track Corporation, a leading company providing healthcare Web services and
software solutions. This alliance will offer healthcare payors a phased-in path to the end-to-end, Real-Time Payor Enterprise.

Post-N-Track™ provides a simple, secure and HIPAA-compliant exchange enabling direct
“posting” and “tracking” of healthcare claims and related transactions.  Post-N-Track solutions improve on payors’ traditional use of third party clearinghouses by reducing or eliminating transaction intermediaries.  Using Post-N-Track, payors can acquire provider claims directly
and, in real-time, import them into QCSI’s QNXT application via the Web, with automated HIPAA
validation and security. QNXT will adjudicate the claims in real time and deliver the results to the provider, improving both member and provider satisfaction.

“Post-N-Track is pleased to be partnering with QCSI to improve transaction exchange and enable
the Real Time Payor Enterprise. The universal access, ease of use, and transaction visibility provided by our solutions deliver improved results and lower costs,” stated Allen DeGraw, CEO
of Post-N-Track. “The combination of QNXT and Post-N-Track will deliver full-cycle claims processing, efficiencies in payors’ operations, and improved stakeholder satisfaction.”

“By combining the capabilities of QNXT and Post-N-Track, we are simplifying information flows
and providing the payor community with enhanced speed and performance,” stated Dave Engert, CEO of QCSI. “The QNXT and Post-N-Track solution will allow progressive payors like our QNXT customers to embrace graduated levels of real-time performance at their own pace:  (1) real-time claims acquisition and (2) real-time acquisition and adjudication. One of the keys to “real time” adjudication being adopted in the market is the ability to be able to retrieve claims data from the provider’s billing systems without having to key the data twice. With Post-N-Track, the end-to-end flow of the electronic transaction is completed.”
