Provider link: the Post-N-Track Doodad™ utility is installed on a standard PC in the Provider’s office. Doodad automatically picks up claim files, which are encrypted and transmitted via the secure Post-N-Track Web Tunnel.  Responses are automatically retrieved and downloaded.  (Batch and real-time EDI transactions are supported.)

Post-N-Track Web Tunnel: claims and responses are routed, logged and delivered via the secure Web Tunnel. Built-in services include claim validation, splitting, translation, financial balancing, logging, reports and alerts. 

Payer link: the Post-N-Track Doohickey^™ utility is installed on a standard PC or
server in the Payer’s data center. This system automatically delivers claims and picks up responses, which are encrypted and transmitted via the secure Post-N-Track Web Tunnel.

Fully automated: similar to an online banking system, the Post-N-Track system is fully automated and designed for high performance transaction management.

HIPAA security: the Post-N-Track system provides a high level of security for every transaction, that exceeds HIPAA requirements.  Every transaction is protected in transit
with a double layer of encryption. No VPN software is required. Note: the Post-N-Track system does not transmit claim files via a Web browser, to avoid browser security issues.

Supports S/FTP, HTTPS and other standard links: in addition to the Doodad and Doohickey utilities, the Post-N-Track system also supports standard secure communication links, including S/FTP, PGP-encrypted files, HTTPS and third party tools,
e.g. Cyclone^™.
