·   Provider Account Executive

This position is responsible for identifying, enrolling and closing new healthcare provider

organizations (physician groups, hospitals, labs, specialty providers, etc.) for the free

services Post-N-Track offers on behalf of our health plan customers.  The position

consists of telemarketing to prospective provider organizations to generate interest

and schedule and perform product demonstrations as well as responding to leads

generated by health plan representatives. 

The ideal candidate will be a motivated, enthusiastic individual with a BA/BS degree
and 2 to 5 years of experience in provider market sales and/or medical billing, EDI
or practice management systems, and strong verbal and written communications skills. 

·   Customer Service Specialist

This role provides customer support for enrollment and installation procedures for

new provider organization clients and resolution of technical and other issues for

existing clients. The position will respond to customer’s inquiries via incoming calls,

written/email correspondence and online enrollment. 

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and good technical and

systems exposure, with a BA/BS degree and at least 2 years of customer service

experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.  Medical billing or

practice management experience is preferred.

·   Senior Software Developer

Responsibilities include designing, developing and maintaining complex .NET web

service applications to support Post-N-Track’s existing and constantly improving

solutions.  The position requires knowledge and experience in both systems and

service-oriented architectures -- and experience with C# (or VB.NET), web services,

ADO.NET, Visual Basic, HTML, ASP, ASP.NET, XML and SQL Server database

programming, as well as familiarity with web site design and HIPAA security

requirements. 

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years development experience, with

at least 3 years of .NET programming. Experience in the health care transaction

industry is preferred.
