Reports for Payers and Providers

Every transaction is tracked

Each claim file and payer response is logged and tracked, similar to a Federal Express™ package. This allows you to
view the status of every transaction at
any time.

Detailed transaction reports

Payers and providers receive detailed reports on claim delivery status and the responses linked to every claim file.
Claim counts and financial balances are also logged, so you can quickly review the value of sent and pending claims and any errors.

Operation reports for payers

In addition to transaction reports, the Doohickey Operations Management system provides a real-time view of transaction flow and status for payers.  You can track inbound and outbound streams
of claims and responses, errors and alerts, and overall system availability and performance.

Alerts and updates via email

Providers can also receive alerts and transaction updates via email -- including summary reports
on accepted / rejected claims, and notices of file failures and 835 responses from payers.

Readable error reports -- not cryptic data

Standard ANSI error responses are designed for computers, not people.  Here’s one example
(a standard 997) noting errors in a claim:
