Post-n-Track enables real-time, direct “posting” and “tracking” of ANY transactions and information between payer and ANY payer transaction submitters (physicians, clinics, hospitals, labs, billing entities, clearinghouses, employers and others) of ANY size, highly secure and exceeding HIPAA requirements. Post-n-Track solutions enable “plug and play” relationships between transaction submitters (Providers and Channel Partners) and transaction receivers (Health Plans) without complicated technical intervention and facilitate real-time interoperability with existing systems and processes.

Direct and Real-Time Transaction Delivery

The Post-n-Track Healthcare Services Platform was designed for real-time exchange and is available for communicating real-time data and responses today. Every file/transaction is submitted individually by any submitters and delivered by Post-n-Track in real-time to any Health Plan. Post-n-Track delivers a real-time confirmation to provide a date and time stamped delivery receipt for submitters. Post-n-Track delivers transactions to the health plan’s systems on a transaction-by-transaction, file-by-file or aggregated basis for processing based on the health plan defined schedules, systems and transaction type.

Proven Capacity and Availability

Post-n-Track has been thoroughly tested and proven in nationwide rollouts with a number of leading health plans including CIGNA, United Healthcare and Aetna. There are no limits on the volume of files or transactions. Every standard transaction type is supported, along with custom data / file formats. Post-n-Track supports the communication, interface and security standards used by any health plan – and provides the capacity needed to handle transaction volumes reliably, 24 x 7.

Easy to Deploy to Submitters

Distribution to providers and channel partners is easy too; submitters simply enroll through our website and download a Doodad® that is complementary to most practice management and billing systems. Clients can also connect via a web services API/Integration toolkit. Installation is simple, no special hardware is needed, and no changes are required to claim processing / practice management systems.

No Interference with Existing Business Processes

Submitters that wish to directly connect to health plans without a clearinghouse do not need to change their existing business processes, or alter their links to other channel partners, such as clearinghouses. Post-n-Track will separate out transactions for delivery and return “non-directed” transactions to the submitter for processing through an existing channel partner.

We maintain an “agnostic” approach to “desktop”, systems and vendors. That is, we do not enforce our requirements, but provide a high degree of flexibility for communications, protocols, services and tools. We realize that if you enforce a protocol (i.e. web portal, proprietary application) you will immediately suppress adoption. Post-n-Track strongly believes that the key to successful adoption comes by meeting the provider through the medium that is most efficient and familiar to them.
