Web tools are available for free to an unlimited number of submitters without any health plan internal resources for development, distribution, certification and support. Post-n-Track will coordinate all existing and new provider enrollments through our Provider Outreach Team and conduct WebEx demonstrations and provide “flash” demos for the health plan staff to use and/or distribute. All provider enrollment metrics are available to the health plan staff.

Operation Reports for Recipients

In addition to transaction reports, Post-n-Track provides health plan managers with a real-time view of transaction flows and status for tracking inbound and outbound streams of claims, other transactions and responses, errors and alerts, and overall system availability and performance.

Every Transaction is Tracked

Each file/transaction and recipient response is logged and tracked, similar to a Federal Express™ package providing the status of every transaction at any time. Recipients and submitters receive detailed reports on transaction delivery status and the responses linked to every file/transaction.
